1. Tree Talk
Are you starting to appreciate nature more after being in lockdown? Many of us are exploring our local parks more. Make your walks more interesting and learn about the trees you are passing by! Explore the map of your trees with Tree Talk.

2. Mental Health Awareness
Even though Mental Health Awareness Week is 18-24 May, the whole month of May is Mental Health Awareness month. This year, the theme is kindness! This is an opportunity to be kind to yourself and others and make sure that you are reaching out to people if you are struggling.
Use our site to find ways to take care of your own mental health or to support others. We have also created an infographic for you, about what you need to know about Mental Health Awareness week and what more you can do, with a spotlight on 6 ways that you can get involved.
3. Donations for World Hunger Day on 28 May
Donations are a key way to help and support others during this crisis. Especially right now when there is more demand for the services provided by charities and non-governmental organisations.
28th May 2020 is World Hunger Day. Support the Hunger Project to make a difference in the most vulnerable communities.
More than 820 million people in the world do not have enough food. And hunger is not just about food – hunger and poverty are inextricably linked to all issues including: healthcare, decent work opportunities, education, social justice, the rights of women and girls, the environment and climate change.
4. #PoundsForPuds Campaign
Have you caught the baking bug during the lockdown? Perfected your spag bol? Loving all the banana bread action?
Remember during this time that hospitality was one of the first industries to be affected by COVID-19 and is likely to be the last to recover. So…what can we do?
To show your support for an industry we all love, make your very own pudding, post a picture of it on social media, nominate your friends to do the same and, if you can, donate to Hospitality Action who will be there for those hospitality workers most in need.
